Quezon City University officially inaugurated its new College of Computing Studies (CCS) building, a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the growing demand for technology education. The four-story building features modern computer laboratories, a cybersecurity operations center, an AI research hub, and collaborative workspaces.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by industry partners from leading technology companies, local government officials, and university stakeholders. The new building will house the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology programs.
"This facility represents our commitment to producing globally competitive graduates in the field of information technology," said Dean Roberto Cruz of the College of Computing Studies. "Students will now have access to cutting-edge technology and resources that mirror real-world industry settings."
The building includes dedicated server rooms, IoT laboratories, and a startup incubation space for student entrepreneurs.
